Silence is costly…

“Talk is cheap, silence is costly.” When I was growing up, one of my mother’s favorite things that she would always say, “talk is cheap.” - You just talking and no action. Silence is costly. We have a boom of HIV and AIDS going on in the Black community…. There’s a lot of silence, there’s a lot of “I don’t’ want to talk about it” …or such and such died of AIDS - it’s always after the fact.
